My run was hard this morning, my last 2 min set I didn’t make it, but that’s ok, the first four made my legs heavy.
IPP I have now started coming up on a month and I am loving it, I would have just went out for a run and not thought about effort or my heart rate. I am enjoying learning about why I’m doing a run session and what I am targeting in the session. My mission was to get fit and lose some weight, I had no target on a race but someday I might and at least I will be fit to. At the start, I noted to Sean that I don’t have much time in my family and work life but the sessions suit that, he’s kept it simple for me and doable. Thank you Sean.
